Using this site.
Short, because this site does one thing: it lets you ask us for Dubia roaches.
A request is not an order
When you send a request, you are asking us what we have. You are not buying anything yet, and you owe us nothing. We look at what is sorted and ready, then we come back to you with what we can send, when, and what it costs. An order starts when we both agree on that.
We may say no
We may not be able to fill a request. Colonies move at their own pace, and rules about live insects change from state to state. If we cannot do it, we will tell you.
What is on these pages
The care and sizing advice here is what we have learned raising these bugs. Your setup and your animal are yours to judge. If something here does not match what you have, call and ask before you act on it.
The words and pictures
The photographs of the farm and the writing on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own business. One picture on the sizing pages is a computer-generated illustration, and it says so underneath.
Changes
We may update these pages. The version you see when you send a request is the one that applies to it.
