Short version: we collect what we need to answer you, and we do not sell it.
What you give us
When you send a request, we ask for your name, your email, your state, and anything you want to tell us about your reptile. Your phone number is optional. That is the whole list.
Why we ask for your state
Rules about live insects change from state to state. We check yours before we accept an order.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your request and to send you what you asked for. We keep a copy so we do not lose your request. That is all.
We do not sell your details. We do not trade them. We do not hand them to anyone who wants to advertise to you.
Who else sees it
Your request is stored on our website provider’s systems and is emailed to the farm through an email service. Those companies handle the message for us. Nobody else sees it.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers.
Ask us to delete it
Write to info@dubiagrowers.com or call (434) 316-4000 and ask us to delete your details. We will.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying feeder insects. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
